An Interactive and Experiential Introduction to the Science And Practice of Chairwork
Chairwork refers to collection of experiential interventions which utilise chairs, their positioning, movement, and dialogue to bring about change. Originating from Psychodrama and Gestalt Therapy, chairwork has immense array of applications in psychotherapy and coaching, and is regarded as being one of the most powerful ways of working.
In this course, we introduce the science and practice of chairwork. Using a unique blend of teaching, experiential self-practices, tele-chairwork demonstrations, and reflective exercises, you will learn what chairwork is; how to use it; what makes it so effective; and how to adapt it online therapy.
This course provides approximately 5 hours of CPD (certificates available on request) and registrants can access the course for 12 weeks after enrolling, so training fits around your schedule - train anytime you like!
